Creative Marketing Designer

Job Title: Creative Marketing Designer (Digital, Motion & Web)

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile and execution-focused Creative Marketing Designer who thrives at the intersection of visual design, video production, and digital experience. You’ll take ownership of the entire visual journey of our marketing campaigns – from social graphics and guides to video storytelling and landing pages.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a designer who wants to have impact across multiple touchpoints and work closely with marketing and product to create compelling, conversion-driven assets.

Key Responsibilities

Design (Static + Interactive)

  • Create high-impact social media assets including:

    • LinkedIn/Instagram carousels (e.g., 5-slide educational posts)

    • Paid social ad graphics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

    • Web banners and blog thumbnails

  • Design long-form marketing collateral:

    • Infographics (e.g., timeline style, ~800x2000px)

    • PDF guides and eBooks (multi-page A4 layout, branded)

  • Translate brand guidelines into clear, consistent visuals across all campaign elements.

Video & Motion

  • Storyboard, edit, and produce short-form videos:

    • Client testimonial videos (60–90 secs)

    • Motion graphic clips to visualise stats or concepts

  • Add subtitles, transitions, brand overlays and CTA bumpers optimised for social viewing.

  • Maintain brand consistency across motion and static output.

Web & Landing Page Design

  • Design and implement high-conversion campaign pages:

    • Guide download landing pages

    • Webinar registration pages

  • Collaborate with web developers or use tools like Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot CMS to publish/update pages.

  • Ensure mobile optimisation and visual quality across screen sizes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a creative or marketing design role, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech.

  • Strong portfolio spanning social creative, digital assets, video content and web design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).

  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design collaboration tools.

  • Working knowledge of basic front-end principles (HTML/CSS) and CMS tools (e.g. Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot).

  • Ability to take a marketing brief and own execution end-to-end, managing timelines and feedback loops independently.

  • High attention to detail, fast turnaround capability, and experience producing assets to spec for social and digital campaigns.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with campaign landing page A/B testing or CRO tools.

  • Animation/motion skills for explainer videos or hero visuals.

  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and lead generation workflows.
