As a personal exercise, I explored how to create a more seamless and intuitive experience for a telco provider mobile app.

I focused on key moments when users typically open their telco apps — like checking remaining data, topping up credit, finding promo packages, or redeeming points and rewards.

Key Improvements:

  • Clear visibility of remaining data and package expiration

  • Quick actions like “Top Up” and “Buy Package”

  • Highlighting user points with clear CTA to redeem rewards

  • Easy access to promo packages to speed up user decisions

  • Dedicated section for claimable benefits using points

The goal was to design a smoother flow with minimal friction, helping users complete their needs quickly without confusion.
