As a personal exercise, I explored how to create a more seamless and intuitive experience for a telco provider mobile app.
I focused on key moments when users typically open their telco apps — like checking remaining data, topping up credit, finding promo packages, or redeeming points and rewards.
✨ Key Improvements:
Clear visibility of remaining data and package expiration
Quick actions like “Top Up” and “Buy Package”
Highlighting user points with clear CTA to redeem rewards
Easy access to promo packages to speed up user decisions
Dedicated section for claimable benefits using points
The goal was to design a smoother flow with minimal friction, helping users complete their needs quickly without confusion.
